Volunteer training classes will be held at the Lincoln CCRI campus on Tuesday nights from 6pm-9pm starting Sept. 9 and running for 7 weeks. Visit http://www.ccri.edu/lifelong/pdfs/CWCEFallBrochure.pdf to register.



Beacon Hospice is offering a comprehensive 24- hour training of 7 weeks to help prepare interested individuals to become hospice volunteers. Throughout the training volunteers will be introduced to various staff who provide a team approach. Volunteers are supervised by a Volunteer Coordinator and supported by other members of the patients care team as well. Upon completion of the training you will recieve ID badges, medical bag, Beacon Hospice jacket and most of all, the opportunity to serve others. Volunteer training classes will be taught by Susan Schank and will be held at the Lincoln CCRI campus on Tuesday nights from 6pm-9pm starting Sept. 9 and running for 7 weeks.     Responsible for providing ongoing end-of-life educational opportunities within the community.

  • Admissions/Intake Coordinator LPN
    Responsible for processing patient referrals to Beacon Hospice.
