- Volunteer Training 7/17-8/14/07
Volunteer training will begin on Tuesday July 17th from 6:00PM- 8:30PM. We will meet every Tuesday for 5 weeks. It will take place at Beacon Hospice, 529 Main Street, Suite 126, Charlestown, MA. If interested, please contact Kelley Padgett at (617) 242-8370 or kpadgett@beaconhospice.com.

Beacon Hospice staff will provide this training covering such topics as the history and philosophy of hospice; death, dying and bereavement; the medical aspects of hospice; the hospice family and communication; spiritual aspects of hospice work; and the responsibilities and rewards of being a hospice volunteer.
