Position: Central Intake Coordinator LPN
Location: No Current Opening
Job Status: Full Time
Responsible for processing patient referrals to Beacon Hospice.

Responsible to the Director of Customer Service to process patient referrals to Beacon Hospice in a manner consistent with service standards to comply with admitting within four hours.

 

Education:  High School Diploma., Bachelor’s Degree preferred. LPN Preferred.


Experience:  Minimum two (2) years experience in providing health care or hospice services.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.  Ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team and health care provider.
