Requires strong assessment skills, solid teaching skills and the ability to work well with patients and families. Must have ability to work well with interdisciplinary team and healthcare provider. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program, currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state and in good standing with the Board.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and/or certification in hospice preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years experience in providing medical, surgical, oncology, or hospice nursing.
Staffing for all offices for 12 hour shifts 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., 7 nights per week.
