The Clinical Services Director is responsible for management and of a Hospice team.

The Clinical Services Director is responsible for management and of a Hospice team. 

Education:  Graduate of an accredited nursing program, currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state and in good standing with the Board.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and/or certification in hospice preferred.
