Beacon Hospice is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide assistance to employees from our corporate office in Charlestown, MA. You would assist by phone and/or the use of remote desktop management software for our 21 locations in New England and the clinical field staff, In addition, this position will process requests for help that come in through electronic mail, web or phone. Provide initial analysis, solve a significant majority of the problems that come in and work with others in the department as needed. Requires experience with Microsoft Office. Must have solid interpersonal skills.
