- Caregiver Support Group
Thursdays, starting August 23, 2007. The group will meet from
6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at Greenwood Center on Main Street in Sanford, Maine. There is no cost for this group. Please contact Heather Thompson at 207-772-0929/351-3020 for more information and to register.

Adults who have experienced the death of a loved one will have the opportunity to share, learn and get support around grieving. The group will be facilitated by Heather Thompson, Bereavement Coordinator at Beacon Hospice. The closed six week group is intended to provide a safe environment for sharing thoughts and feelings, expressing sadness and pain, and beginning to find hope and healing. There is no charge for this group.

Hospice-related movies

Saying Goodbye: The Loss of Animal Companions
