Community Support Group to start Tuesday September 5th - October 24th, 6-7:30PM. The group will be held at Beacon Hospice, 1 Catamore Blvd., East Providence, RI 02914. Please contact Deb Thompson, Bereavement Coordinator, at 401-438-0008.



If you are having difficulty trying to adjust to life without your loved one, please join us.  Registration is required as group is intentionally kept small.

    Responsible for processing patient referrals to Beacon Hospice.
