Monday, February 15, 2010 (EST) - Adult Grief Support Group

Mondays, starting Feb. 15, 2010 for 8 consecutive weeks. The group will meet from 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at the Beacon Hospice office located at 54 Atlantic Place in South Portland, Maine. There is no cost for this group. Please contact Heather Thompson at 207-772-0929 for more information and to register.

Adults who have experienced the death of a loved one will have the opportunity to share, learn and get support around grieving with others. The group will be facilitated by Heather Thompson, Bereavement Field Coordinator at Beacon Hospice.  The closed six week group is intended to provide a safe environment for sharing thoughts and feelings, expressing sadness and pain, and beginning to find hope and healing. There is no charge for this group, although registration is required.
