- Pet Loss Support Meeting
Saturday, May 10, 2008. The group will meet from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. at the Beacon Hospice office located at 54 Atlantic Place in South Portland, Maine. There is no cost for this group. Please contact Heather Thompson at 207-772-0929 for more information and to register.

Adults who have experienced the death of a beloved companion animal will have the opportunity to share, learn and get support around grieving their loss. The group will be facilitated by Heather Thompson, Bereavement Coordinator at Beacon Hospice. The group is intended to provide a safe environment for sharing thoughts and feelings, expressing sadness and pain, and beginning to find hope and healing. There is no charge for this group.

Responsible for processing patient referrals to Beacon Hospice.
