Loss can make us feel less than enthusiastic about celebrating the holidays.  If you find yourself wondering how you are going to “get through” the holiday season or are wishing for it to “all be done with already”, this group is for you.

This group will offer support, hope and help for navigating expectations, chores, memories, and feelings at the happiest time of the year while grieving a loss
