Wednesday, November 26, 2008 (EST) - HOLIDAY BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP

A Holiday Bereavement Support Group for anyone who has lost a loved one will meet on four consecutive Wednesdays (beginning Nov. 5, 2008) from 1:00-2:30PM at the Pembroke Council on Aging. For more information, please call Scott A. Ciosek at 508-747-7222.



The holiday season is a difficult time for anyone who has recently lost a loved one.  The family gatherings, social functions, memories and responsibilities during this time of year may impact your sense of grief and loss.  You may find yourself overwhelmed by the upcoming holiday season.

If you have recently lost a loved one, this weekly group will offer a safe and supportive place for you to “pull away” and to share your experience of loss with others and move toward healing and hope in a confidential and supportive environment.

    Responsible for processing patient referrals to Beacon Hospice.
