This 8-week bereavement series is designed for adults to meet and support others who have felt the loss of a family member or friend. Join others in a confidential, caring environment as we learn how to care for ourselves and each other. Groups are open to the public at no charge. This group meets at the Cranston-Murphy Funeral Home, 140 West Main St., North Kingstown/Wickford, RI on Thursdays, February 7-March 27, 2008 From 2-3:30PM. CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP
A Caregiver Support Group for anyone who is caring for a loved one will meet on six consecutive Mondays (beginning Nov. 10, 2008) from 1:30-3:00PM at the Plymouth Council on Aging. For more information, please call Scott A. Ciosek at 508-747-7222.
HEART FOR THE HOLIDAYS/Daytime and Evening Groups
An eight week bereavement support group for those grieving a loss
through death at this special time of year.
Adult Holiday Grief and Loss Group
Starting Tuesdays, Oct. 28th , 10a.m.-noon there will be a 3 week grief support group for adults who are struggling with the holiday season and grief. There is no cost for this group. Please contact Heather Thompson at 207-772-0929 for more information and to register.
