10-11:30 AM, 1st & 3rd Thursdays Open Adult Grief Support Group at First Congregational Church;15 Washington Street, Walpole, NH. No pre-registration required.

Meeting on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month, this confidential group is open for any person who has experienced the death of a loved one. Drop in at any time to join others who have experienced loss. Find support and explore ways to manage your grief.
Contact Rob Hamm, Bereavement Coordinator for the Harbors of Hope Program for details of this drop-in grief support group, or for information about other bereavement services.

Hospice Aide / CHHA
The Hospice Aide provides personal care under the supervision of the RN Case Manager.
