The loss of a spouse/partner presents special challenges. Join us for a free, confidential group. John Wesley United Methodist Church, Falmouth, MA, Thursdays, 10-11:30 am, starts April 8, 2010. Call Jackie Powers to pre-register 508-778-1622.



The loss of a loved spouse or partner presents special challenges and forever changes us.  Join us for this free, confidential, eight week group to share memories and experiences, give and receive support, and exchange skills for coping with life after loss.  This group is available to anyone who has lost a spouse or partner.  Begins Thursday, April 8, 2010, 10-11:30am, John Wesley United Methodist Church, 270 Gifford Street, Falmouth MA.  Group will be facilitated by Jackie Powers, MSW, LCSW, Beacon Hospice Bereavement Coordinator.  Pre-registration is required.  Call Jackie at 508-778-1622 for registration and information.

    The RN Case Manager provides nursing care and hospice case management to hospice patients and families. Implements nursing interventions and coordinates the Patient/Family Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
