The loss of a loved spouse or partner forever changes us. Join us for this free, confidential, eight-week group to share memories and experiences, give and receive support, and exchange skills for coping with life after loss. Begins Friday, April 23, 2010, 10-11:30am, Dennis Senior Center, Dennis MA. Group will be facilitated by Jackie Powers, MSW, LCSW, Beacon Hospice Bereavement Coordinator. The RN Case Manager provides nursing care and hospice case management to hospice patients and families. Implements nursing interventions and coordinates the Patient/Family Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
Hospice Aide / CHHA
The Hospice Aide provides personal care under the supervision of the RN Case Manager.
