CARING THROUGH THE SUMMER MONTHS

A caring and supportive group geared to provide information, as well as emotional support for those family members dealing with a loved one's diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia.  This group is open to family members of Walden Rehabilitation and is open to the public.

  • “GRIEF AND THE HOLIDAYS” BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP
    A Holiday Bereavement Support Group for anyone who has lost a loved one will meet on Thursday evenings (Nov. 13, 20; Dec. 4, 11, 18, 2008; Jan. 8, 15, 2009) from 6:00-7:30PM at Beacon Hospice, 8 Samoset Street, Plymouth. For more information, please call Scott A. Ciosek, M.Div. at 508-747-7222.

  • HOLIDAY BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP
    Starting Monday, November 17 from 6:00-7:30PM, an 8 week bereavement support group will be held, providing an environment to understand your grief and the impact the holidays can have on it. There is no cost for the group. Registration is required. Please contact Jackie Powers at (508) 778-1622.

  • CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP
    A Caregiver Support Group for anyone who is caring for a loved one will meet on six consecutive Mondays (beginning Nov. 10, 2008) from 1:30-3:00PM at the Plymouth Council on Aging. For more information, please call Scott A. Ciosek at 508-747-7222.

    Responsible for providing ongoing end-of-life educational opportunities within the community.

    Responsible for processing patient referrals to Beacon Hospice.
