Monday, April 09, 2007 (EST) - Alzheimer’s/ Dementia Family Support Group

2nd Monday’s of the month January through June 2007. The group will meet from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Sunrise of Burlington located just off the Burlington Mall Road. For more information, please contact Timothy Duff, Bereavement Coordinator at Beacon Hospice, 617-242-8370.



Do you have a loved one with Alzheimer’s or Dementia? You are not alone! You are invited to attend a free supportive group. This is an opportunity for families in Burlington and the surrounding communities to be supported. We provide a safe environment for sharing thoughts and feelings as we find strength and healing.  We meet at the second floor activities room of the Sunrise of Burlington Assisted Living Facility.

    Responsible for providing ongoing end-of-life educational opportunities within the community.

  • Admissions/Intake Coordinator LPN
    Responsible for processing patient referrals to Beacon Hospice.
