A support group to address concerns the elderly population face as they mature. The group will meet once a month at the Middleton Council on Aging, 38 Maple Street, Middleton, MA. from 10:00-11:30 a.m. on Oct. 9, Nov. 13, Dec 11, 2007, Jan. 8, Feb. 12 and March 11, 2008.   • CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP
    A Caregiver Support Group for anyone who is caring for a loved one will meet on six consecutive Mondays (beginning Nov. 10, 2008) from 1:30-3:00PM at the Plymouth Council on Aging. For more information, please call Scott A. Ciosek at 508-747-7222.

  • HEART FOR THE HOLIDAYS/Daytime and Evening Groups
    An eight week bereavement support group for those grieving a loss
    through death at this special time of year.


  • Adult Holiday Grief and Loss Group
    Starting Tuesdays, Oct. 28th , 10a.m.-noon there will be a 3 week grief support group for adults who are struggling with the holiday season and grief. There is no cost for this group. Please contact Heather Thompson at 207-772-0929 for more information and to register.

    Responsible for providing ongoing end-of-life educational opportunities within the community.

    Responsible for processing patient referrals to Beacon Hospice.
